EGGS AND DIABETIC MEN

The results of a study that has spanned over twenty years has shown that diabetic men who consume seven or more eggs a week are twice as likely to die from all causes as compared to those who only ate one egg a week.

Non-diabetics showed that eating up to six eggs a week did not increase risk at all, but those who had seven or more had a 23% higher risk of death.

What this means for the rest of us is unclear, but to be on the safe side I think I'll stop at six a week maximum till another study is released telling us something else. Remember there are always other factors that can make study results lean one way or another.
