The Good News!


Before I tell you the good news I need to tell you that before you make any changes in your medications, diet, or exercise routine you should check with your doctor.
Having said that I can tell you that by diet and exercise I was able to keep my sugar at a normal level and day by day I lowered the amount of insulin until I was off it completely!
The hard part is, is that you have to make a lifestyle change. Most doctors know that most people cannot do this, so that is why they depend on the insulin therapy. You must be committed to change, to eat smaller and healthier, and to move to burn off the sugar and calories.
Run for your life! That about says it all. It won't be right for everyone, but it might be the hope you've been looking for.
