2 Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
1/4 Cup lite or fat free mayonnaise
1/4 Cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut each chicken breast in half. Coat each chicken piece with mayonnaise lightly.
Combine cheese and breadcrumbs and a dash of salt and pepper if desired. Coat each piece of chicken with the breadcrumb mix. Place chicken on baking sheet and bake for about 40 minutes or till done.
