GLUCERNA CEREAL

The folks at Glucerna were kind enough to send, at my request, a coupon for five dollars off a box of their new cereal.

I'm happy to report that it's tasty and crunchy, in fact it's called Crunchy Flakes. It comes in three varieties. I chose the one with strawberries which lent it a nice sweet taste. It stood up well in milk and one serving has only 100 calories, is low on the glycemic scale and has 5 grams of fiber.

There are many companies that offer free samples of their products, but Glucerna offers full size products as samples, which is really great.
